In light of the unparalleled success of the First Asia Haute Horlogerie Exhibition last autumn, this unique platform of exchange, culture, know-how, design and innovation returns to Hong Kong from Monday 29 September to Thursday 2 October 2014. The event, to be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, promises to be an annual, not-to-be missed opportunity for Fine Watchmaking afficionados throughout Asia.

Thirteen of the top Fine Watchmaking Maisons will return to Hong Kong during this Autumn’s Golden Week to gather for Watches&Wonders 2014. Last year, more than 16,000 visitors travelled from all over Asia to attend this exceptional event, which was created specifically for the region by the Exhibiting Committee of the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie (SIHH).

Richard Lepeu, Co-CEO of Richemont says: “Watches&Wonders has become an instant must attend event in Asia for all fans of Haute Horlogerie. We intend Watches&Wonders to be the destination which shouldn’t be missed because there is simply nothing else like it.” François-Henry Bennahmias CEO Audemars Piguet agrees. “This event has everything: an unrivalled selection of fine watchmaking specialists gathered in one place, coming together to share their universe with an eminently select clientele in a dynamic and spectacular setting.”

Their deep insight and know-how, demonstrations of craftsmanship and the cultural heritage of watchmaking.

In addition to presenting the latest creations in their renowned collections of timepieces, the Exhibiting Maisons will again bring their deep insight and know-how, demonstrations of craftsmanship, and the broader cultural heritage of watchmaking to life for their guests.

The 2014 event will also broaden the space for exchange and enjoyment, and provide once again didactic workshops, a historical exhibit tracing the story of time from its origins in astrology to today’s precision instruments, plus numerous opportunities for meaningful encounters.

It’s luxury squared.
Richard Mille

“It’s luxury squared,” says Richard Mille, CEO. “It’s not just about timepieces, but about their ethos as well – about what’s behind the timepieces, the stories and the passion that created them in the first place.”

Most importantly, Watches&Wonders seeks to meet and honour the esteemed individuals in Asia for whom fine watchmaking is also a passion. It provides a privileged and private space to serve collectors and watch lovers from the entire region, directly offering them an important and beautiful range of treasures presented in a way that meets their impeccable standards of elegance and style.
