Intronisation of the first « Fine watchmaking Ambassadors » in Spain by the FHH
During an official meeting the Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie officially appointed five spanish personnalities as « Fine watchmaking Ambassadors » for their commitment to support and to promote the technical and precious fine watchamking, as well as for their ethics.
During the first official meeting of the Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie in Spain five spanish personnalities of the profession has been officially intronised Fine watchmaking Ambassadors by the Foundation. Anup Aswani, Blanca Fuster, Miguel Gomez, Jordi Rabat et Corrado Scapini received a diploma and a special edition clip watch with a 17 rubis mechanical movement from the official representant of the Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie, Mr Pascal O. Ravessoud in the presence of the mission delegate of the Foundation in Spain, Mr. Philippe Guillaumet.
"This first diplomas delivery in Madrid underlines the importance of Spain in the world of Fine watchmaking. The active commitment of the Ambassadors allows to support this development and helps to promote the fine watchmaking Culture and Know-How to the public and the key-actors of this prestigious industry" said Pascal O. Ravessoud.
"The actions of the Foundation are important for allowing us to educate the public, that will enable us to contribute to the development of this sector, and in particular with the support of our Ambassadors", added Philippe Guillaumet.
The Foundation has invited a hundred of personalities in the world, which get an excellent professional reputation, introduced to technical and precious fine watchmaking, to join the circle of the Ambassadors. The foundation’s local delegations deliver these titles of gratitude so that the Ambassadors represent and promote the actions of the Foundation in their markets, with the public, the press, the retailers and the brands. They also have the mission to collaborate together or individually to give some informations about the foundation’s actions and activities. ■
