The only female teenage professional racecar driver in the United States, Aurora Straus has joined Richard Mille’s team of sporting ambassadors. She will wear an RM 07-01 when competing in the Pirelli World Challenge this season.

Aurora Straus is the only teenage professional sports car racer in North America, a student at Harvard (Class of 2022), and a musician. Aurora drove for the first time at age 13, with no prior experience. Her passion for motorsports grew quickly, and she began wheel-to-wheel racing when she turned 15. In 2017, Aurora made her full-season debut in professional racing in the Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge, ultimately finishing the year as the top rookie in her class. Currently, the 19-year-old is contracted for a full year in the Pirelli World Challenge, driving a BMW M4 GT4. Half-way through the season, Aurora has already clocked two dominant race wins and is a contender to win the championship in the GTS SprintX class.

When she isn’t racing, Aurora is pursuing her degrees in mechanical engineering and English literature at Harvard University in Boston, and performing her own musical compositions on piano and guitar. As Richard Mille unveils its unprecedented new watch collection for women, and toasts the end of the 19th edition of Rallye des Princesses Richard Mille in Paris, there could not be a better moment to welcome the rising talent Aurora Straus to the Richard Mille family.
