At Roger Dubuis, each new day brings an opportunity to test its own limits. In this dynamic cycle that involves constantly challenging itself, Roger Dubuis innovates by drawing inspiration from other industry fields exemplified by the Maison’s high-powered relationship with Lamborghini Squadra Corse. Or when visionary engineers meet with incredible watchmakers.
Innovative to the last, the brand that dares to be rare recently offered its US guests a chance to immerse themselves into the raging mechanics of Roger Dubuis and Lamborghini Squadra Corse: a 200 guests gala dinner at the appropriately-named Keep the Memory Alive Center, designed by Frank Gehry, in the entertainment capital of the world.
Complete with the thrill of the iconic designs and powerful engines of Lamborghini supercars on a privatized track for guests, the event was highlighted by television and film producer Rob Weiss together with the celebrity and sports agent Nicholas Cordasco.
Underscoring the resolutely American vibe of the event, a new iteration of the Excalibur Aventador S blue timepiece sporting a red Alcantara strap was introduced. Reflecting Roger Dubuis and Lamborghini Squadra Corse’s shared dedication to providing unprecedented experiences, the occasion will remain engraved on the minds of lucky participants and Excalibur Spider timepiece owners at this exclusive happening: all were gifted a strap made from their burnt rubber taken from Pirelli tyres used to race around the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
