The second edition will feature 28 Watch and Jewelry Maisons, an enhanced Miami Concours and an expanded alliance with the Miami Yacht Show at their new location North of downtown Miami.

The Fondation Haute Horlogerie (FHH), in partnership with the Miami Design District Associates (MDDA), is pleased to announce that the second edition of Watches & Wonders Miami (WWM) will be held over Presidents’ Day Weekend in Miami. The 3-day weekend of luxury (February 15-17) is expanding to include a total of 28 exhibiting watch and jewelry maisons spread throughout Palm Court and the surrounding streets of the Miami Design District. It will also include a massive new 10,000sqf. exhibition space in Jungle Plaza, as well as a range of programs and enhanced VIP experiences. Marquee brands such as A. Lange & Söhne, Audemars Piguet, Bvlgari, Cartier, F.P. Journe, Hublot, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Kari Voutilainen, Louis Vuitton, Panerai, Piaget, Romain Gauthier, RJ, Tag Heuer, Vacheron Constantin and Van Cleef & Arpels are back again for 2019. Joining them are 11 new maisons, including De Bethune, Dior, Girard-Perregaux, H. Moser & Cie., HYT, OMEGA, Roger Dubuis, Speake-Marin, Tiffany & Co., Ulysse Nardin and Zenith, marking a true milestone as all four of the world’s top luxury groups—Kering, LVMH, Richemont and Swatch Group—come together to support Watches and Wonders Miami.

In addition to being among the first in the world to see the newest products from the top watch and jewelry maisons—just after SIHH and prior to Baselworld—attendees will also be able to once again experience the Miami Concours. Taking place on Saturday, February 16th and Sunday, February 17th this year’s exhibition will feature an even more exclusive presentation of incredibly rare vintage, sports and exotic cars from some of America’s most respected collectors. The weekend also coincides with the 31st annual Miami Yacht Show, which will relocate to a new, more expansive location north of downtown Miami along Biscayne Bay at One Herald Plaza between the Venetian and MacArthur Causeways. The nearly 60-acre display also more closely connects to Miami Yacht Show’s “Super Yacht Miami” at Island Gardens Deep Harbour on Watson Island. Visitors will experience a spectacular in-water and on-land exhibition showcasing the world’s most extraordinary and uniquely designed yachts and superyachts from the foremost custom boat builders and brokers. A reimagined VIP lounge and dedicated shuttle service to/from the Miami Design District will make this an essential part of the Watches and Wonders Miami experience.

“We are thrilled to once again be partnering with the Miami Design District for Watches & Wonders Miami. With even more leading watch and jewelry maisons participating and planning to showcase their newest creations and important historical pieces, along with our significantly expanded offering of conferences, workshops and events for the family, next year will certainly be bigger and better than ever,” states Fabienne Lupo, Chairwoman and Managing Director of the FHH.

“Watches & Wonders Miami unites the top luxury timepiece and jewelry brands for a spectacular weekend program and we are thrilled to host once again in the heart of the Miami Design District. Watch aficionados will be able to view magnificent timepieces, many of which are being debuted in the US for the first time. Likewise, car enthusiasts attending from all parts of the world will not be disappointed with the unparalleled selection of exceptional cars at the Miami Concours,” said Craig Robins, CEO of Dacra Development and developer of the Miami Design District. “As this event really creates and brings one of a kind experiences to the neighborhood, we highly anticipate all the immersive experiences that will unfold from the robust lineup of activities in store.”

Watches & Wonders Miami will again take place over the Presidents’ Day weekend with three full days of programming throughout Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The FHH will present a new roster of interactive conferences and discussions on a range of diverse topics given by notable authorities from the worlds of watches, jewelry and beyond. It’s highly popular watchmaking workshops will also be offered once again. New for 2019 will be a dedicated women’s program with educational sessions, networking events and exclusive hospitality opportunities. Art and design lovers will have the opportunity to enjoy a number of new installations, as well as special guided art tours. An expanded entertainment offering is also being planned with live concerts, DJ performances and dynamic food and beverages from Miami’s hottest new chefs and mixologists.
