Held on August 4th & 5th at Ritz Carlton, Bangalore and August 6th at ITC Maurya in New Delhi, the training programme focussed on the workings of a mechanical watch. It explained the different concepts and terms used in the world of fine watchmaking to reinforce the knowledge and confidence of sales personnel at both a retail and wholesale level.
Mr. Sharjeel Khan, Director at Zimson Times Pvt Limited, a watch retail company with stores across Bangalore, Chennai and Coimbatore was happy with the programme. He said: « It was a useful session in revisiting the basics of watchmaking. Such programmes are necessary and should be organised at least once a year. »

Khatri, who is FHH Mission Delegate for India said, « The encouraging feedback from the participants has reinforced our belief that such programmes are needed. We will try to organise two programmes every year. »
